Leadership

Every organization needs a leader and a sorority is no exception.  Sororities give you a chance to develop your leadership skills through positions in the organization.  Leaders go to conferences and leadership workshop to improve their skills.  Maybe you love planning events, then a social chair may be the position for you!  Do you like working with numbers, you could be the treasurer!  Each member has her place in the sorority. The more you put in, the more you get out.  Active members will tell you that it is the best time of their lives.
