The Big Sis/Lil Sis program is part of our new member education, but it continues after initiation. At Bid Day, new members receive "Rose Sisters" - a temporary Big Sis. After the new members and initiates have become better acquainted, permanent Big Sis/Lil Sis match-ups are made. The new members get to choose, as much as possible, who their Big Sis will be. The identity of the Big Sis/Lil Sis combinations are revealed through a special, meaningful, and fun Big Sis/Lil Sis evening with the chapter.
