Clubs and Organizations registration

All Registered Student Organizations (RSO) at Columbus State University are required to file an annual registration of the names and addresses of their officers and faculty/staff adviser(s). Registration Forms are due by the Priority Deadlines stated below

* Fill out this form completely. Incomplete forms will be returned to the organization's adviser and president. Organizations with incomplete forms will not be able to reserve facilities or retain the privileges of being an active organization. Registation Deadlines

Fall Semester 2009

If your organization did not register Spring 2009 they will need to make an appointment with the Student Development Specialist (Organization Management) in the Office of Student Life and Development (706-568-2273 / Davidson Student Center Room 271).

Spring Semester 2010

The deadline for registration will be published on November 1, 2009. Organizations can begin submitting registration forms on December 1, 2009.
