The AAUW Columbus Branch gives three scholarships a year.

The Edwards-Dimon Fellowship

Eligibility: Re-Entry female students who have completed at least 30 semester hours, maintain an academic load of at least 9 hours a semester, and possess at least a 2.5 GPA. Students should be able to demonstrate financial need, submit two (2) letters of reference, and provide a transcript of courses completed.
Award: Educational expenses of $500 per semester.

The Elizabeth McTaggart Memorial Scholarship

Eligibility: Award based upon financial need and other considerations. Applicant must be a female student who has been admitted to CSU thru the Adult Re-entry program. Student must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or better, and have completed between 30 and 90 semester hours of study, and have declared a major in an undergraduate field of study. Applicants must also carry six (6) hours or more per semester.
Award: Educational expenses of $500 per year.

The Mattie C. Thomas Memorial Scholarship

Eligibility: Applicants should be high school senior from the Muscogee County School District who will enroll at CSU. Applicants must have an above average GPA and a strong record of extra curricular activities and/or community service. Applications are accepted from the area high schools on a rotating basis.
Award: Educational expenses of $300 per year
